Most of us don't like waiting, we have very little patience.
Sometimes we all run out of patience.
But suppose we are waiting on God? Do we run out of patience? If the world snatches our burgers, steals our fries and drinks our soda do we run over its cycles? The ability to wait on the Lord is characteristic of the Christian life that is learned over time. We don't become Christians and instantly learn how to be patient, it develops as our faith and trust in God grows.
Our quest in the faith is to learn to wait patiently, knowing that when we do, God will lead us in the right direction.
As Christians, we strive to become more patient by trusting God more and walking each day in faith. When we know God is working on our situation, we can patiently wait until he works it out and shows us what to do.
