Parenting
Young mothers often find that a call to an older mother can solve the problem, but there comes a time when even the advice of those more experienced doesn't seem to get the job done.
A child that wants to squander his/her talents and run wild with a loose crowd, frustrates a mother. A son who seems to be lawless and constantly breaks every rule and disrespects all forms of authority frustrates a mother who can only see a troubled future ahead. A daughter who ignores all motherly advice and flirts with activities that could lead to pregnancy, disease or death, troubles every mother.
After you have talk and talked until your face has changed colors and voice becomes hoarse, what do you do?
When that happens there is only one course to follow: put it in God's hands and trust Him to do what he does best: solve problems and turn lives around.
As Christians, we are grateful for having Godly mothers who struggled with us for so many years; when we frustrated them and they didn't know what to do, we're so glad that they put us in God's hands.
