All modern historians agree that Blacks were once a great and powerful military and political force in the community of nations.
They also agree that Black contributions to the development of culture, art, engineering and architecture were significant. But an account of the rise of Black dominated nations is also recorded in God's Word, as well as the reason for their fall, and a projection on the manner and nature of their revival. An understanding of the scripture, helps us to know that there will be revival of Ethiopia but not in the manner some expect. There will be a resurrection from within the ranks of Ethiopia, but not to earthly dominion. When Ethiopia rises again it will be in conjunction with the rise of the faithful, from all walks of life, who have chosen to accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
When that resurrection comes, race or color won't matter because all of us will be in the presence of the Lord. Today, as you pass by people of many races, rejoice in the beauty of each: blackness, whiteness, redness, browness. They are all beautiful in his sight.
