The saint who has matured in the faith feels a bond with every other saint and does whatever is necessary to contribute to the growth of others. A fully mature Christian gets joy out of invitations and opportunities to serve and fellowship with other Christians and will give time, energy, and resources to improve the quality of the experience.
This connection with one another is described as a "communion" or bond between brothers and sisters in Christ that is celebrated and renewed each time they gather to celebrate the Lord's supper. It is a renewal of our faith in Christ and our commitment to each other at the same time.
As Christians, our goal is to be in communion with Christ through faith and with each other through renewed fellowship and friendship.
